   Located at Columbine Boulevard and Forbs Avenue, Serta's 90,000 square foot office and research and development facility is a striking new building near the park's main entry. Located on the wetlands, and surrounded by green space, the new Serta building is designed by award-winning architect Andy Metter of ISI Epstein. The building will be completed in 2007.
